This initial “snapshot” analysis of your current system enables us to identify performance gaps and overlaps in your process flow. With this information we are able to provide a detailed report of our findings complete with an initial savings estimate.

Depending on the size of your company, Pro-B will come into your workplace and perform a half or full-day assessment of your company’s core operational processes. This scan is used by both your company and Pro-B to determine existing benchmarks and to confirm fit in creating a Comprehensive Action Plan. The focus of the System Scan is on existing processes, including what you sell, how to develop, and a step-by-step overview of how orders and services flow through the system.

Case Study: Completion Screens Manufacturer

A System Scan identified that the head office was in one city and the manufacturing facility was in a different city in the same province. Manufacturing was having difficulty with productivity levels of their operation and turnover of employees was high.
