Step 4 Plan Implementation

Based on the recommendations accepted from the Process Audit, once the Action Plan is created it is time to get to work. Working within your company, using your existing personnel, optimal processes and procedures are put into place. During the Implementation phase, the overall plan is communicated to the core stakeholders. At this time, benchmarks are set, pathways are charted, and a timeline for implementation is established. The company decision-makers agree to meet with Pro-B at scheduled intervals to examine how the company has progressed since the last meeting. All progress is measured against the benchmarks established in the Process Audit.

We take our comprehensive action plan to the floor for discussion and execution to ensure that the message stays consistent, everyone stays on task, and all processes flow together. Our implementation process begins with the senior team and cascades through “multi-tiered” succeeding levels. We make sure that your team is clear about goals and accountabilities, share common ground rules for resolving issues, and on track to working together transparently, thus enhancing collaboration, eliminating waste, and increasing profits

Case Study:

During Plan Implementation, each discipline digested the information and came up with both a short & long term success plan. If definitive actions could not be provided at the time of the meeting, short term deliverables would be discussed and agreed to, with each department accepting their role and being held accountable for the end result.
